As I go around the ring

I start trotting my figure of eight

Then I look down at my mate

Then quietly back to my place.

Picture taken in the 60's with my father and I outside the ring at a practice jump.  Captain Question was the first pony I backed and went on to be a JA Jumping pony.

Picture taken in the 70's with two of our Section B ponies Tame Valley Ninette and Tame Valley Shady Lady. Both by Rotherwood Commander.

Shady Lady went on to breed some outstanding ponies for the Burside Stud and Ninette was many times Champion under saddle

    Happy days. Royal Welsh week at the Randan Stud owned by the late Ivor and Nora Williams. Every year the annual pilgrimage to the RW, but more importantly lots of fun with Ivor and Nora and a house full of friends.
